Senior Inside Sales Advisor - Clean Energy

As demand continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Inside Sales Advisor - Clean Energy to guide prospective customers through the purchase journey, from initial interest through close.<br><br>This is a hybrid/remote consultative sales role focused on educating customers, building trust, and delivering an exceptional buying experience.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>- Engage with customers via phone, video, email, chat, and other digital channels.<br>- Convert qualified leads into sales through consultative conversations.<br>- Guide customers through product selection, pricing, installation expectations, and purchasing decisions.<br>- Assess customer fit and gather information required for qualification.<br>- Own the sales process from lead qualification through closed sale.<br>- Deliver a premium customer experience and act as the primary point of contact throughout the buying journey.<br>- Support and mentor junior team members.<br>- Contribute to ongoing improvements in sales processes and customer experience.</p><br><b>Must Have skills:</b><p>- 4+ years of experience in consultative sales, retail sales, or customer advisory roles.<br>- Demonstrated success converting leads into customers.<br>- Experience selling technology, home services, consumer products, or other high-consideration purchases.<br>- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.<br>- Comfortable working with CRM systems and evolving processes.<br>- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.<br>- Experience in solar, energy, HVAC, EV charging, home improvement, or related industries.</p><br><b>Nice to have skills:</b><p>**experience selling residential solar solutions**</p><br><b>Job Function:</b> Senior Inside Sales Advisor - Climate TEch<br><br><br>
